We would love to hear from you if you would like more information or are considering staying with us. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Booking
Bookings can be taken over the telephone or soon you will be able to book online via our website and also on AirBnB.
Payment & Cancellations
We ask for payment by Bank Transfer. 50% payment is taken at the time of booking, the remainder is taken 6 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
For Holiday Cottage bookings for the 2024 season we will take 50% at the time of booking with the remainder being payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 6 weeks prior to arrival receive a refund less £100 admin fee. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival are not refundable unless we are able to re-let the Cottage, in which case there is a full refund less £100 admin fee. We are happy to transfer bookings to future dates subject to availability.
We strongly advise you take out holiday cancellation insurance if you haven’t already
Restrictions
From early 2024 we will be accepting children from the age of 14 and up to two small very well behaved dogs.
We do not allow smoking (including electronic cigarettes) anywhere on the property inside or out, and BBQs are not allowed.
We do not have an EV charging point and do not allow charging via 13amp plugs and leads. There is EV charging at the rear of Roy’s Department store in the village.
