The Coach House is Wroxham’s newest Self Catering Holiday Cottage. It lies close to Wroxham Broad and the river Bure, famous for sailing, boat trips and abundant wildlife, and only 7 miles out of Norwich. The Coach House offers three en-suite superking double bedded rooms all of which can be twinned, with one on the ground floor. We’ve off-road parking for 3 cars and lockable cycle storage if needed. We are also dog friendly. The Coach House was built around 1800 as the Gig House or Carriage House and Stable to the adjoining farm house. Skilfully and sympathetically updated, and sleeping up to six guests it has been a high quality bed and breakfast since 1985. We now aim to share it as our holiday home with couples, families, friends and their dogs and provide a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience.

Open all year round for week long stays during the season and shorter breaks out of season, the Coach House is professionally run by the owner with over 40 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. The emphasis at The Coach House is one of the high standards of accommodation, facilities and comfort. Alongside the three bedrooms there is a separate sitting room with large flat screen tv with DVD player, comfortable sofas and armchairs and the cottage is fully centrally heated. There is a newly fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room is very well appointed too with quality china, cutlery and glassware. A welcome pack is provided with essentials to start your holiday off, and we also remember our four legged friends with bowls, treats, towel and poo bags.
Our Bedrooms
Our bedrooms are very well-appointed having been recently refurbished using Sanderson and Laura Ashley fabrics and furnishings and boast each a Super-King sized bed which can be made into two separate twin beds. They are all equipped with a flat-screen television with a DVD player, clock radio with phone/aux points and hairdryers and slippers. Bedding is provided for your stay, pillows are hypoallergenic and beds are dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases.
Each has an en-suite bathroom and all are furnished with both bath and Mira power showers. Egyptian cotton towels and bath sheets are provided along with bathrobes for use during your stay. We provide Gilchrist and Soames Spa Therapy luxury toiletries in our bathrooms alongside other essentials like make-up remover pads, cotton buds and cotton wool balls.
